This forum will focus on how to use Business Facilitation within an organisation to improve the quality of decision making processes. Effective Facilitation maximises the use of time in meetings and workshops as well as improving the clarity and increasing the understanding of decisions taken. This 1 day event will demonstrate some of the tools and techniques of business focused facilitation. It will demonstrate how using facilitation within your business could help provide a process for resolving issues in a way that ensures not only the right choices are made but that they are made quickly and in a way that ensures everyone understands how and why they were made.
